It's an often "STRANGE WORLD" we live in, but you know I STILL think about my all-time FAVORITE CAR. I'm talking my favorite car of my entire life.....so far.

It was Burgundy Red, a 1988 Honda Accord LX. I drove that beauty 215 THOUSAND MILES.....and drove it for an incredible ELEVEN YEARS !!

I donated it to the Salvation Army...when it would not move anymore....and I literally CRIED when they hauled it away from my domicile that sad morning.

Lordy, how I LOVED that car. This is NOT a plug for Honda.

This car I loved so well just happened to be a Honda, but the l988 Honda was reportedly "the very best year to buy a Honda."

I named my red Honda "Red" (real original I know), but what a car !! It was a real PAL !! Never needed a repair. Never hardly wanted a SWALLOW of oil. And it drove like a DREAM !!

I LOVED that car so much that I'm actually HOPING to see it again.

I'm hoping to see it "on the other side" when I get there....though I'm in no hurry.
